Sponsors/Vendors Needed!

         Every year​ I, as Nicicola Creek Productions​, try to do something different, new, and even better than the year before.  This year I am going to be focusing on just giving back to the competitors.  Not so much in prizes but mainly in​ payout and Added Money!!  I am really going to focus on one big race called The Osage Elite that will be May 31st & June 1st.  It will be a two-day race with Buckles given out each day and then an Average Prize for those who qualify by running both days.  

         The Osage Elite Race will be a huge added money race​ at Osage County Fairgrounds that is geared to really giving back to the racers.  I am working on getting different incentives and companies to help make this happen. I also would love to make it a yearly race!  With that said, I am constantly changing and upgrading the race to make it better for the competitors and sponsors.

         There will be 20 buckles given out over two days.  Six for Youth, six for Seniors and eight for Open.  Each buckle that you choose to sponsor for $250 will have your company name on there, right on front, not hidden on the back, and will help towards the added money as well.  Buckles take 12-13 weeks to make and 1 week for shipping.  To get them in for the race on time, money will need to be in by Feb 14th, which means, to give Sponsors plenty of notice and time to decide, I need to start reaching out now.  There is no limit on how many buckles you can sponsor or which division they are in.  It’s all up to you!! You can also choose to add towards the Average Prize and have your logo on those as well!! Any additional $100 will get your logo added to an average prize.

         I really wanted to leave the options open for Sponsors this year.  It gives you the freedom to decide exactly how much you want to do and to know your company logo will be right there for everyone to see regardless of how much or little you decide to Sponsor. The Osage Elite Race will be the only time that I ask if sponsors would like to participate this year.  Thank you again for everything you have done and continue to do!!
