Thank you to Osage Casino, Advanced Equine Nutrition, The Non-Incentive Horse/The Open Horse, The American Paint Horse Association (PBRIP), and some anonymous donors for their sponsorship, which helped us have and added $12K for this Race!
Hells Half Acre Media and her talented team worked their magic behind the scenes all weekend, capturing candid moments, interviews, doing live feeds, TikTok, videos, and photos! All these were seen across multiple media platforms such as The Nicicola Creek website, FaceBook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Instagram. Having a strong media presence is really important for sponsors because it greatly affects how much they get back from their investment. In our first year, our posts were seen by thousands of people. This number continues to grow thanks to the support from Hells Half Acre Media and the followers of the Nicicola Creek page. When sponsors actively share our content, it helps our media presence grow even more. This is why it is so important to get sponsorship packages secured as early as possible for the next year.
I had an amazing group of workers who helped maintain a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the event. Without them this event could not have been as flawless as it was. My goal is to have the same amazing group as I did for this year.
We had an impressive turnout of over 375 contestants participating with over 750 event entries in the race throughout the weekend. In total, we awarded more than $50,000 in prize money! Additionally, we had an array of fantastic Buckles and Prizes provided by generous sponsors, including Visit The Osage, Osage Casino Pawhuska, 3 Star Equine Supply, Top Hand Brand, JuicePlus+, Cha Tullis Gallery, The Backhouse, Robby’s Trailer Repair, The Buckin’ Flamingo, Advanced Equine Nutrition, Greatest Heist Ever, Empower Equine Therapy, Seller Western Wear, Dunda Spray Foam, and RK Oilfield Services. Complete Equine Performance also contributed prizes to be awarded at the race.

Youth: 76 contestants, totaling $4,410
Senior: 84 contestants, totaling $4,929
Adult Side Pot: 42 contestants, totaling $1,479
Advanced Equine Nutrition Side Pot: 42 contestants, totaling $1,850
PBRIP Side Pot: 25 contestants, totaling $733
High Roller Side Pot: 26 contestants, totaling $4,974
NIH/OH and TGI Side Pots: 10 contestants, totaling $780
