There will be 3 Winners in the Open and 1 for Youth. If we have more qualifiers, we will add more winners!!

You will be allowed ONE Buy-In!! You must enter on SGP and be paid up before the Race starts.

If you do not pick up your winnings on Friday and need them Cashapp or Venmo'd to you, it will be at least Monday before I can do that. I work Saturdays and can not get to the bank until Monday on my lunch. But I do not mind sending it or holding onto it until the next race.

Regular Exhibitions $5 (pick up ticket at Race, must have ticket to take exhibition, 60 seconds or less)

Futurity Exhibitions $10 (no payback but ran as a class) - Enter these on SGP, $5 from every exhibition will be put into a Piggy Bank that you can run for at Finals on November 20th!! You must attend 4 out of 6 Races (Finals Do Count!). At Finals, you will run in the Open, but have your own Piggy Bank Payout!

$5 from every Entry Fee goes to cover various fees that are accrued for the production of the race

3D Peewee (8&U) $30 EF - 2 Sec Split (8&U or True Beginner, can NOT roll over or run in any other division) $5 from every run will go to the Piggy Bank so payout will be based on $20 from Entry Fee.

3D Youth (16&U) $45 EF - 1 Sec Split - Can R/O - $10 from each run goes to the Piggy Bank so payout will be based on $30 from Entry Fee.

4D Open $60 EF - 1/2 Sec Split - $10 from each run goes to the Piggy Bank so payout will be based on $45 from Entry Fee.

At Finals - EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!! Since Finals does not count for attendance, only the $5 office fee will be taken out of the EF then the rest will be paid out by 85% prog. payout. So, Finals will have a higher payout than all other races because no Barrel Bank money is taken out.

Finals is run like a regular race; the Barrel Bank Payout is separate for those who qualify!!

Barrel Bank Payout is 100% Progressive Payout following BBR guidelines.

Indoor Race - Two Individual Races, but if you run both days you can qualify for Average Prizes given to 1st & 2nd in each Division for Youth, Senior and Open!! 

Buckles will be given out daily in Youth, Senior, Open for all divisions and High Roller Champion.

Peewee/Novice - this is open to ANYONE OF ANY AGE!! This is a $10 class with NO payback to help boost the confidence of the peewees, novices, people just starting back up, have young horses or for any other reason. We will call your name, have music going, drag every 5 and give you a time!! This class is limited to 50 so we can get the day rolling!!

$ ADDED EACH DAY Youth is a 3D, 1 Sec Split, 16 & Under with a $52 Entry Fee. Youth CAN Roll Over with paid EF.

DRESS CODE for Youth, Senior and Open - Long sleeve, or a short sleeved collared shirt, jeans, western boots with heel and a western hat or helmet OR Event T-Shirt purchased from D’s Design. They will bring your shirt to the Race!! Failure to follow dress code will result in DQ. It is your responsibility to make sure that if you order a shirt, it will be in on time. 

**Hats lost in the arena will result in a $5 Hat Fee that must be paid to the barrel setter. Failure to pay hat fee to barrel setter may result in DQ.**

Friday Move In

Noon to 10pm Office will be Open - Move In and Set Up for All Vendors and anyone coming early for Stalls or RV. You must Check In at the Office and pick up your Wristbands and RV Sticker.

6pm to 10pm the Outdoor Arena will Open for those with a wristband. Track is always open but please be mindful of others.

SATURDAY

RULES & IMPORTANT INFO

Entries will be on SGP!! You will pay SGP for pre-entries online either by CC (4.0% fee) or by Mail In Check (post dated by 5/20/2026) to be in the pre-Draw!! $10 Early Draw Fee (limit to first 50 for Y/Sr and first 100 for Open) this is the Early Youth/St and Early Open options on SGP. 

Pre-Entries will open May 1st (8am) and close for the Draw on Friday, May 31st. Entries must be paid by May 31st at 8pm or they will be deleted!! Draw will be posted on Monday, June 1st. After Draw is made you can enter and pay onsite with no late fee by CASH ONLY!! Late entries will be put AFTER all the Pre-Entries and must be paid by 50 before your run or we will move you down!! I will take entries until the last 100 in each Division. If there is less than 100 entered, be paid up before the first horse runs.

Refund of Entry Fee will only be made until close of entries on May 31st at 8pm. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ENTRIES AFTER MAY 31ST AT 8PM WHEN PRE-ENTRIES CLOSE!! You CAN sell your spot up until start of Race on 5th. If you sell your spot, you lose your barn fee. Whoever buys your spot will pay YOU for the Entry Fee, then pay OFFICE for their Barn Fee unless they have already paid it with another entry that day. When they buy your spot, they buy your sidepot too!! Sidepots are NON-TRANSFERABLE, they stay with original riders’ spot. If new spot owner does not qualify for sidepot, you do not get that Entry Fee back!!

Horse Change can be made at any time with no fee up until Friday, May 31st at 8pm. $10 fee if made after that and must be done onsite before the start of your Division/Class that day.  

PAYOUT - $2 from every run will go towards fees accrued for the Race like Bonus Race Finals fees, Bounce Houses, SGP, etc. Checks should be ready within 3 hours of Race concluding minus those that need to be verified like AEN and PBRIP. I want to make sure they are right so please give me time. To receive your check, you must have a W9 on file with correct information (Legal Full Name, Social Security Number and Correct Address). You can print one out from this link - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf You can scan and email it to me at cassie.ncp2020@gmail.com , drop it off when you come to the Race or fill it out before you get your check. Checks not picked up will be mailed to address on W9. Checks MUST be cashed within 60 days! After that they are VOID and money will be put into next year’s Race. If you lose it or it gets torn and you need one reissued. You must pay the banks canceling fee and a re-issuing fee (to be determined by bank).

TIMER INFO - If the Timer fails during your run, you have the option of a rerun or a refund. Please let us know which you choose to do in a timely manner (30 min). If you do not, you will only be given the option to re-run. If you re-run, it will be at the end of a drag or if we have a hole available. 

DQ INFO - You must run in your draw position. If you miss your turn, no time. If you run out of turn, no time. You must start the pattern within 60 seconds of your name being called (3 call rule). If you circle inside the arena or train on your horse during a race run, no time. Knocking over a barrel, no time. If you break pattern, no time. If the horse unfortunately falls, no time. If you break pattern, complete your run or exit arena. Please refrain from training on your horse during a run, do not circle a barrel more than once or your will receive a $50 fine and must be paid before you run again or leave the premises. 

TIE INFO - Ex - If there is a tie for 3rd and there are 5 holes paid out, I will add 3rd and 4th place and divide equally and pay both 3rd place winners. If the tie happens on the last paid hole, contestants will split that payout equally.

In the event there are less contestants in a division than holes paid out, I will take the money from the remaining holes, add it all together and divide it equally with the contestants that did place. Percentages will stay the same.

RELEASE of LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE PERSONAL INJURY: By entering as a participant, I hereby understand that no matter how careful the sponsors, offices, directors, or participants may be, my injury or death, as well as that of my horse, or my child is a possibility. And furthermore, I, as a participant (or parent/guardian of a participant) agree to hold harmless Nicicola Creek Productions, its agents, facility, management, contractors, and employees from any expense, cause of action, damage, or claim of damage (including legal fees) of any kind whatsoever, which I might assert because of my (or my child’s) injury, sickness, death or claim. I also understand that all contestants and horses will be photographed and videoed and that outside photography is NOT allowed. I understand that if State and/or Local Authorities require presentation of said test chart at this event and I cannot present a NEGATIVE EIA (coggins) TEST CHART for any or all animals, I will be personally responsible for any fines and will be responsible for any fines levied on the event producer.
